H.E.R Spa Booking Guidelines

Your time is precious, and so is ours. To ensure every guest receives the full H.E.R experience, please review our booking details:

Securing Your Spot

• A small deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit is applied towardyour service.
• Please note: The checkout price is the deposit, not the final service price. The remaining balance will be paid at your appointment, once your service is complete and you’re satisfied.
• Typically, the deposit is 50% of the total service cost, but may vary for certain services 

Cancellations & Changes

•  Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the deposit, as it helps us keep your spot open for someone else.

Running Late?

Arriving late may affect your service. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but your session may be adjusted to respect the next guest.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
