At H.E.R, every product is carefully handcrafted to ensure quality, freshness, and an elevated experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final (Fragrance & Body Products)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Fragrance oils
- Body oils
- Sugar scrubs
- Lip products
Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

- Strength expectations
We recommend starting with smaller quantities when trying new scents.
