All Sales Are Final (Fragrance & Body Products)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Fragrance oils
  • Body oils
  • Sugar scrubs
  • Lip products

Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your order. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
